Most people will go to great lengths, to avoid doubt. So they seek out reassurance. They look for certainty.
And that’s fine… unless they plan on building a successful business.
Certainty and opportunity
The best opportunities are never certainties. There’s always risk attached. And the greater the opportunity, the greater the risk.
This means that when we insulate ourselves from uncertainty, we also insulate ourselves from opportunity.
If you decide not to ask that person for a date, they certainly can’t reject you.
But they can’t say YES!, either.
