Is your marketing missing this overlooked, yet powerful factor?

It’s really important that prospective customers buy from you or hire you. And not for the most obvious reason!

Allow me to explain.

If your prospective customers [or clients] go to one of your competitors, you have no way of knowing what kind of lousy service they could receive. Anything could happen to them.

On the other hand, you know for certain what will happen if a prospective customer chooses you. You know that you will look after them. You know that you care, really care, about your customers and the service they receive. So if they choose you, you know they will be delighted.

A powerful marketing mindset

I believe you have a professional obligation to ensure that your prospective clients hire you or buy from you. It’s the only way you can guarantee they will not be disappointed or maybe even ripped-off.

Whilst I can’t answer those questions for you, I do know this: Marketing that’s focused on what’s best for the customer works far better, than marketing that simply promotes the vendor.

So let them know you care. Let them know that their total satisfaction is your goal. Because it’s exactly what they want to hear… and you know that what you’re saying is the truth.
